You may not have access to your school library at this time, but that does not mean you have to stop reading! There are a number of online reading options available. Our school library collection has a number of electronic books that are easily accessible, and when using your public library card you have access to Westhampton Beach Public Library and all Suffolk County Public library resources.

Where can I find our library catalog?
Go to the top of this website and click on Library Catalog.
How many books can I check out at one time?
You can check out a maximum of 3 books at a time, for a loan period of 2 weeks. You can also check out audiobooks and playaway's for 2 weeks.
Can I request a library book online?
Yes! Complete the following WHB MS Library Request form. Include more than one book title just in case your first book choice is not available.
How do I renew a book?
You can renew your book by emailing me at perezy@whbschools.org, I will send you a response letting you know that your book has been renewed.
How do I access our Library Databases?

What is interlibrary loan?
If we do not have a book you are looking for in our Middle School Library, every effort is made to access the book from Westhampton Public Library as an interlibrary loan.
Where do I return my library book(s)?
Library books can be placed in the book drop in the library.
What if my library book is overdue? Are there late fees?
There are NO late fees at WHB Middle School library. If you have an overdue book, you cannot check out another library book until the late one is turned in.
I lost or damaged my library book. Now what?
You will need to pay to replace the book. Please see Ms. Perez or email her perezy@whbschools.org to find out the cost of the book.
May I eat in the library?
Food is not allowed anywhere in the library unless special permission has been granted.
