*Sept 2021, there will be rolling monthly DT admissions. There will be a specific application period per admissions month on the 1st-7th of the month.* Placements will be prioritized in the order they are received, so early applications are recommended. Your Estimated DT Available Start Date must be indicated, even if the start date is in a future month.
Be mindful of term alignment and financial aid impacts as you consider your DT projection month and PCE course and observations timing. PCE approval will be required for DT confirmation. All academic, basic skills and content exam, compliance requirements (background clearance and professional liability insurance) must be completed and verified before DT application.
PCE (course and observations) will need to be completed before summer breaks and planned around calendar breaks and your term end to avoid term alignment and financial aid challenges for the final DT term.

Navigate to “Homepage”
Click on “To Do” items or access through “My Details”
Confirm that you have met the Academic Requirements (0 CUs remaining before DT course)
Review & Request “Mentor Evaluation - Complete the student evaluation to activate the Mentor Recommendation request.
Once all DT Application Checklist Items have been completed and Academic Requirements, then you are able to complete the final step to complete the DT Application to Applied Status.
