Title IX and Sexual Misconduct

The Title IX Office is responsible for oversight and coordination of the University’s Title IX compliance efforts, including:

The School of Law collaborates with the Title IX Office to ensure that our community remains safe for all members. All School of Law community members are held to the Wake Forest University Title IX & Non-Title IX Sexual Misconduct Policy & Grievance Procedures, which can be found linked below. 

Members of the School of Law community who have experienced sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, or stalking, have control over whether, when and how they may report a matter to the University. If you would like to speak with someone trained to help persons who have experienced sexual misconduct and/or would like assistance in identifying your options, please contact:

Conversations with the Safe Office, University Counseling Center, and the Office of the Chaplain are confidential. Information shared with those professionals will not be shared with the Title IX Office unless and until you are ready.
