West Fork Band Calendar

Our events are regularly occurring and happen in the same calendar week from year to year.  Our dates fall within the Arkansas Activities Association calendar and the overall school calendar in carefully assigned weeks.

As a general rule the West Fork Band is schedule driven and seeks to publish its annual calendar of events well in advance of the upcoming school year. We do not like, nor is it fair to haphazardly schedule events and then expect our students to be available when they have not been given ample time to plan. Only in rare circumstances are events scheduled without providing substantial notice to our stakeholders.

Our annual schedule is normally complete by the first of May for the upcoming school year.  Please use this calendar to help you plan your lives around your band life.
