Project Playlist

You will use what you know about how important music can be to enhance a customers’ experience to create a playlist for a given type of business. Use the guidelines below to create a playlist suitable to your business. Please have completed by May 22.

Guidelines:

Type a list of 8-10 songs, include title and artist. Put songs in the order you think they should be played.

Create a document describing:

Describe the “personality” of your business.
What are the demographics/lifestyles of potential customers?
Include why you choose your songs
How did you decide on the order of the songs?
Do any songs stand out from the others? Why did you choose it? Why did you place it in that order?

Grading:

Playlist, appropriate to business: 25 points

Written description 75 points

To earn your 100 points, proof read your work! Make certain of the following:

Is there enough detailed information for the reader to understand the “personality” of the business?
The target market is detailed and made clear for the reader.
Writer described why the songs were chosen
The reader has enough detail to understand how the business will enhance the customer's experience using music as a marketing tool.
Written description is error free.
Is sent by May 22
