Take a look at the website in the assignments tab, pick a video and try to stay active as much as possible. Pick any video that may be fun for you to try. Complete the survey when you are done. Please do 1 survey/week for participation credit for a PE grade. Surveys can be found in the quiz tab. Have fun!
