The effective provision of a welcoming client administration service to WFRC. To undertake administrative tasks relating to the WFRC services.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and organised administrator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You will have the overall Responsibility for coordinating the service delivery and impact measurement of a chosen WFRC Project on a day-to-day basis.
We are looking for someone to be an integral part of our team by ‘masterminding’ all aspects of running a chosen community project.
As Volunteer Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading our administrative volunteers in the smooth delivery and implementation of the charity's administrative duties. You will work closely with the management team to lead the admin team to implement high quality administrative and operational policies and procedures for the charity.
This role within the WFRC Social Media Team will be working with all project coordinators and management to develop WFRC’s Social Media presence. Your principal role will be to promote, develop and maintain our online presence in order to maximise our impact and to promote ourselves as widely as possible to the local community.
