Clinical Assistant Professor in Paediatric Dentistry
Faculty of Dentistry, The University of Hong Kong
Professor Phoebe Lam is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Paediatric Dentistry at the University of Hong Kong. Professor Lam actively engages in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in paediatric dentistry, and her contributions were recognised with the 2024 Early Career Teaching Award from HKU. Her research interests focus on paediatric dentistry, caries prevention among children, and dental care for individuals with special needs. Her research findings have been published in esteemed medical and dental scientific journals.
Prof Lam is deeply committed to promoting oral health among underprivileged and special-needs populations. Her team has been honoured with multiple service awards for their impactful projects across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Uganda, Tanzania, Togo, and other developing regions. She is also committed to leading and fostering collaborations among medical and healthcare professionals to better serve vulnerable groups in society. In addition to serving as a council member of the Society of Preventive Dentistry in Hong Kong and spearheading local dental services, she currently holds the position of vice-chairperson at the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Young Fellow Chapters. She is also the founder of the HKAM Volunteer Team, which leads other medical professionals in serving the Hong Kong community. Her dedication to community service was recognized with the Red Cross Hong Kong Humanity Youth Power Award in 2025.

Certificate of Attendance
Participants who attend the entire course (with their full name displayed on Zoom), and complete the course evaluation form will receive an electronic Certificate of Attendance via email from WeSync Health (course@wesynchealthhk.com).
Cancellation, Withdrawal, Transfer and Refund Policy
Should the course have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, WeSync Health will reschedule the event whenever possible. There will be NO REFUND if the participant is not able to attend the rescheduled event. WeSync Health will notify participants as soon as possible via email and WhatsApp on any updates and re-arrangements.
Participants who wish to withdraw from the course MUST EMAIL info@wesynchealthhk.com to receive a refund of the course.
No refunds will be granted. However, substitution by another participant is allowed. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing by 1 May 2026 to info@wesynchealthhk.com. Otherwise, the request will not be honoured. An administration fee of HKD$50.00 will be charged for reissuing the electronic receipt to the substitute participant.
If the course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, WeSync Health is NOT responsible for any losses on participant’s expenses e.g., flight tickets, accommodation fees etc.
No transfer of fee to another course is allowed.
