TEACHING Dance

Summer Enrichment

For the Month of July, students across West Orange Enroll in a four week camp that provides them with the opportunity to take classes in different art forms, academics, and sports. High School Students who have experience with dance or have taken dance at the High School are welcome to apply to assist in teaching these dance classes and preparing the students for a final performance at the end of the month.

Through successful participation of this program, High School students will have opportunities to lead daily activities within the dance classroom, collaborate on choreographing multiple performance pieces, and gain management experience when working with younger aged students. A stellar performance also qualifies a student to receive a letter of recommendation from Ms. Sande.
