A: Communicate with your student's teacher. All teachers have access to account information for their students. You can also sign onto the chromebook using the Guest account.

Q: I am using a school iPad that does not have the classroom app my student needs?

A: Submit a ticket to the appropriate helpdesk linked above. Include the iPad's WPS asset tag information. Asset tags are usually on the back of our iPads. You may have to take the cover off. Include your contact information and the best way to reach you if needed. A technician will push the app or apps you need. iPads will need to be connected to WiFi for the install.
