Title I - WNSC Parents Right To Know
In accordance with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Section 1111 (h) (6) Parents Right to Know, this is a notification from West Noble School Corporation to every parent of a student in a Title I school that you have the right to request and receive information in a timely manner regarding the professional qualifications of your student's classroom teachers. This information regarding the professional qualifications of your student's classroom teachers shall include the following:
If the teacher has met state qualification and licensing criteria for the grade level and subject areas taught
If the teacher is teaching under emergency or temporary status in which Indiana qualifications and licensing criteria are waved:
The teacher's baccalaureate degree major, graduate certification, and field of discipline; and
Whether the student is provided services by paraprofessionals, and if so, their qualifications
If at any time your student has been taught for four or more weeks by a teacher that is not highly qualified, you will be notified by the school on this information.
In addition, once it is released, you will receive a copy of your student's state academic assessment data results as it applies to kindergarten and first grade. These results will be distributed by mail in a timely manner once the school receives those results. Título I - Derecho de los padres a saber
De acuerdo con el Acto de Educación Primaria y Secundaria, Sección 1111 (h) (6) Derechos de Padres, La Corporación de West Noble quisiera informarles a todos los padres de estudiantes Título 1, que usted tiene el derecho de pedir y recibir información en un tiempo adecuado sobre las requisites profesionales de los maestros/o de sus hijos. La información sobre los requisites del maestro/a de su hijo/a debe incluir lo siguiente:
Si el/la maestro/a ha cumplido con los requisites del estado y licencia para el nivel de grado y materias que enseña:
Si el/la maestro/a está enseñando bajo estado de emergencia o estatus temporal en las que los requisitos del estado de Indiana se perdonan.
La licenciatura de bachillerato del maestro/a, certificación de graduación, campo de disciplina; y
Si el estudiante recibe servicios de una de las asistentes, y si es así, cuales son sus requisites
Si en algún tiempo su hijo/ha tenido un maestro/a más de cuatro semanas que no llena los requisitos necesarios, les mandaremos información para notificarles.
Además, una vez que sea publicado, usted recibirá una copia de los resultados del examen de datos académicos del estado de su estudiante que son aplicables a Kínder y Primer Grado. Estos resultados serán distribuidos por correo de manera oportuna tan pronto la escuela reciba los resultados.
