Students will produce our weekly student news program, WOLF-TV. They will write, produce, present and edit the show that will be sent out to the entire school, and will be available for families on our WOLF-TV YouTube Channel.
Students will also learn the basics of location video production by working in small groups to write, produce and edit various video projects in class.
This is a fantastic class for anyone interested in pursuing a career in news production, sports television, corporate video production, or freelance video production!
Students will have opportunities to attend and crew at least one live event. They will then produce a final video that will be presented to the coach or performing arts teacher.
Students should consider taking Intro to Visual Communications and Adobe Photoshop. Combining Audio Video Production I with these courses will help you earn a Video Production and Editing Certificate at Front Range Community College.
