Original - My (PE) Physical Exercise Journal

Each PE period you need to fill in the google form sent to your email then choose an physical activity to do. These activities need to recorded in your Physical Exercise Journal. Please also gather photo/video evidence to put in your journal. This is linked on the left and has been shared with you all through your emails. Please make a copy and share it with your PE teacher.

It is expected that something physical is at least done during your PE lesson times, but the more often you do it, the better. There are a range of ideas at the bottom of the journal doc on the left.

Each week you will also be given 3 challenges. You need to chose one to do. Try to do it 3 times a week. Why not get your family to join in too.

Challenge two --

Do a plank each day and see how long you can hold it for. Make sure you are in the right position and stay flat. - no bums in the air. :)
Keep times in a table and link to PE Journal. Google how to do one if you don't know.





We will run a plank challenge when we get back to school.
