Song: Meses del año

Students will be expected to say all the months of the year, and say important dates (Mexican Independence Day 9/16, their birthday, today, yesterday and tomorrow) in Spanish.

Use this online quiz, flash cards and test to assess knowledge.

Study these to begin to be able to say what day is today, tomorrow, yesterday, your birthday and September 16 (Mexican Independence Day). For example, I will ask "When is your birthday?" The student will answer "el 3 de abril."

This can be practiced daily by reviewing today's date (day of the week, date (#), month of the year, year). Students will not have to say the calendar year during assessment.

Use this flashcard set to study our greetings. Students should be able to use appropriate greeting or goodbye according to the time of day, ie good morning/buenos días, good afternoon/buenas tardes, good evening/buenas noches
