The entrance is off in Imola Avenue before the actual park entrance, through the chain link fence. Please do not use the park entrance as it disturbs the park rangers daily activities. Gate is located by the chain-link fence, parking is by the equestrian arena.
If you arrive after gate closes, there will be a Hastings lock in place. PM me if you need the lock combination. Last year the gate was left open several times – please close the gate behind you and lock it if no one is present at gate. There is a vagrancy problem and people will come on site if the gate is left open.
The Blackwood Pavilion (yellow with black battle axes) will be available for the populace use along with the royal. Please feel free to partake in the shade!We have two of the three camping areas reserved. Skyline is a public camping ground and there may be campers in the other area. Remember: everyone is a chatelaine. If there are no campers in the third area, we may be able to spread our wings. That will be determined the day of the event.
There may be pop-up space available near the War field depending on how many RVs are parked in the area. The back end of the war field is shared with RVs.

Please join us for the tournament to determine our heirs at the stunning forested location of Nelson's Grove in Woodland, CA.
The Coronet Tournament will be double elimination with West Kingdom armor standards. Their Highnesses invite all Heavy, Rapier, Youth and Archers to contest for Roses. The Roses Field will open 3rd round or when space becomes available.
On Saturday evening, Their Highnesses will host a Fry Party and encourage all youth to Trick or Treat around the site. Halloween inspired garb admired, but not required.

Their Highness have promised the estate owners that all monsters will be cleared from the Royal hunting grounds before Their progress departs the Nelson's Grove Estate. To that end, Her Highness would like to invite all youth and the young at heart to a Sunday morning Stick-horse-mounted, Monster Hunt. Activities to be followed by a Hunt Breakfast to welcome the Lord and Lady of the Swan with entertainment provided by the Prima Spada Tournament. Lady Tellina will be coordinating the breakfast.
Land will be available on a first-come, first served basis ie standard WK land grab.
Fry Party
This party occasionally held at June Crowns by Their Highnesses FB group (they don't have a household). They are excited to share the fun with Cynagua. They will provide oil, heat sources, utensils etc. They will also provide food to be fried. Your job is to come eat the food. If you would like to fry something, please keep the portions small (tasting sizes for 5-10 people), through put in the oil is always the rate limiting step. Coordinated by Lord Rurik of Canale (aka Ginger Chef/Viking).

Please join Prince Heinrich and Princess Else for an afternoon celebrating the Arts and Artists.
All Artists are invited to set up static displays at this indoor/outdoor venue. Members of the Order of the Laurel will display during one time section. Non-Laurels will display at another time. Artists are encouraged to socialize, provide/receive feedback, and ask questions.
This event is an excellent time to build relationships or to practice putting together a display for 12th Night.
