Please double check you are submitting registration for the correct event. There are multiple events listed on the webpage. Registrations are non-transferable. This includes the feast.

REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BRANCH FINANCIAL COMMITTEE. Refunds must be requested of the sponsoring branch’s exchequer and Kingdom Exchequer, no later than Noon Pacific Time the day before the event starts. Refunds will be processed after the event and will be minus any electronic fees.

Q:I forgot to submit a PayPal Pre-Pay request before the cut off date. Can I still submit one and receive an invoice?
A: No. Please pay by cash or check at the event.

Q: I forgot to pay for my invoice before the cut off date. Can I still pay by card at Gate?
A: No. You must re-sign at Gate as if you never sent a PayPal Pre-Pay request. You will need to pay by cash or check.

Q: I forgot to bring cash or checks. Can you send me a PayPal invoice on site?
A: No. PayPal invoices will not be generated on site. No exceptions.

Q: I have a question about my invoice or my PayPal Pre-Pay request. Who should I talk to?
A: Send an email to paypal@westkingdom.org and the appropriate ePay deputy will respond. Please do not send private messages on Facebook or other Social Media about PayPal inquiries.

Q: How do I know I registered or paid for the correct event?
A: The event title is on the subject line of the PayPal registration request return form email, the PayPal invoice as an item, and the memo line.

Q: I only want to pay for the feast. How do I do that?
A: Please send us an email at paypal@westkingdom.org asking to be invoiced for only the feast.

Q:I need a refund for my PayPal Pre-Pay. How do I get a refund?
A: Refunds are at the discretion of the branch financial committee. Refunds are not guaranteed. An email needs to be sent to the Kingdom Exchequer (exchequer@westkingdom.org) as well as the appropriate branch Exchequer.
How do I become a member?
Membership in the SCA has numerous benefits, including:
Discounted entry fees at most events
The ability to hold office
The ability to compete in Crown & Coronet Tournaments
The ability to subscribe to paper copies of Kingdom Newsletters, as well as our quarterly publications, Tournaments Illuminated and the Compleat Anachronist.
Additionally, your fees help support the SCA infrastructure, including worldwide liability coverage for our chapters, the ability to maintain consistent rules and standards throughout the Society - and the support and maintenance of this system!
Membership Levels
Associate Membership ($40) – Available to residents of the US or other countries. Note that Associate members cannot add family members or purchase print subscriptions.
Sustaining Membership ($55) – available for those with US and APO addresses. Sustaining members may add Family Members to their membership, and can purchase printed publications and subscriptions for an additional cost.
Family Membership ($15 each, $45 cap) – can be purchased by Sustaining or International members for family members residing at the same address. Fees are only charged for the first 3 family members and are capped at $45.
International Membership ($56) – similar to Sustaining membership, for those with non-US addresses (except for those countries noted above).
