Individuals or entities wishing to sell items at June Crown will need to abide by local laws. This includes obtaining a "Special Event Business License" and remitting the required 3% sales tax.
If you have questions, please contact the vendor coordinator, Mistress Anna Neri at anna.neri@westkingdom.org.
Vendor registration form can be found below.
The City of Palmer collects a 3% sales tax on all sales, services and rentals within the City unless exempt by PMC 3.16.050.
Sales tax is collected on the first $1,000.00 of a sale creating a $30.00 tax cap per transaction. Sales tax is remitted monthly by the seller on sales tax forms provided by the City. The due date is the last calendar day of the month.
Payments made online must be processed before 11:59 pm on the last day of the month immediately following the month for which the return was prepared and may be paid by either credit card (3% convenience fee) or e-check (free).
Payments made in person, by mail or drop box must be received in our office prior to the due date, regardless of business hours, weekends and holidays. Postmarks are not considered on time. In person payments may be made by cash, check or money order. Credit cards are not accepted at the counter, however; a computer is available in the City Hall lobby to make a payment online with a credit card.
