Hello Tamaques! We had a great week which was highlighted by our Halloween parade and parties! It was wonderful to see the amount of parents, grandparents and friends attend the parade as laughter and smiles were aglow. Thank you for adhering to all of the procedures that were put in place as it allowed for a happy and safe day.

2 LUNCH THURSDAYS- This Thursday was our first of the year participating in the "2 lunch" Program which helps benefit St. Joseph's Social Service Center in Elizabeth. I'm proud to report our school collected over (30) lunches, along with (8) Thanksgiving donations. Job well done, Tamaques!

Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences have started! Please remember to "buzz in" at the flag pole entrance and the main office staff will let you in. For meetings taking place after 4:00 PM on Tuesday 11/8, your HR teacher will greet you at the designated entrance location.

Strategic Planning

On November 1, Dr. González emailed a link to a brief survey to all parents and guardians regarding the district's strategic planning process. Your feedback is extremely important as the district develops a Strategic Plan to define our values and priorities for 2023-2028. Please note that if parents with children in multiple schools wish to submit a separate survey for each child, you will be prompted to do so once the first survey is submitted. Nov. 7,8 &9- Half Days- 8:30am-12:30pm. Parent/Teacher Conferences & teacher in-service
Teachers will pick students up outside at 8:30am
Nov. 10&11-No School- teacher professional learning days
No lunch and no school store next week
