Welcome Letter

Hello friends!

The summer's over - no more vacation,

But I have had a lot of fun!

And I am happy, and I'm excited

'Cause now at last the school year has begun!

Welcome to First Grade! I'm looking forward to meeting all my new students and beginning the new school year. First grade offers many fun and challenging activities. We read a lot of books, learn new math skills, and make discoveries about our world through science and social studies lessons.

I hope everyone is enjoying the last bit of summer vacation.
