This is my seventeenth year teaching social studies and my fourteenth year coaching boys varsity golf at Westfield High School. I'm also proud to be entering my tenth year as part of the Project '79 alternative education program. In 2016, my colleague and I were presented with the James Becker Award for Global Understanding at the National Council for the Social Studies Annual Conference in Washington, DC. I am a current member of the National Council for the Social Studies and have several coaching certifications from NFHS. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, visiting historic places, and playing golf. I look forward to a great school year!
