Supply List: Happy shopping but please don't worry about having all of this on the first day of school:)
one pair of Fiskar pointed scissors (they make cutting much easier!)
12 sharpened pencils
a handheld pencil sharpener with an attached receptacle to catch the shavings
2 folders with pockets - one should be plain red and the other can be any color or pattern of your choice
a backpack without wheels
a box of 24 crayons-please tape the bottom of the box
a box of wide markers-please tape the bottom of the box
a box of skinny markers-please tape the bottom of the box
4 glue sticks (I found the Staples brand glue sticks last the longest)
a hard, plastic pencil box (approx. 1 ½-2" high to fit in desk...the box should be able to fit pencils, glue sticks, scissors, etc. inside
2 large erasers
4 dry erase markers
a pack of Post It Notes (3"x3" or SLIGHTLY larger - Lined Post-Its are great but not necessary)
a box of tissues (optional)
a box of easy zip Ziploc bags in sandwich OR quart size (optional)
a container of cleaning wipes such as Clorox or Lysol (optional) a nutritious, nut and peanut free snack** (You may send in a small bottle of water or thermos too, but please, no juice. Also, please place the snack in a container labeled with your child’s name on the front.)
over the ear headphones in a Ziploc bag labeled with your child's name
