Television Production II is designed for students who have successfully completed the hrequirements for TV Production I and who show an interest in continuing their experience with television production. TV Production II attracts students who have mastered the skills taught in TV Production I and who demonstrate interest, responsibility and self-motivation. They are earning credit through a variety of activities; they develop and produce news packages; produce a class short film and participate in at least one Blue Devil Television production outside of class in a variety of production roles.
TV Production II offers students the opportunity to gain real world experience in the field of TV Production. The course provides valuable communication skills, builds career awareness, demands creative input in writing and production, allows students to learn while doing and creates a viable link between school and community.
