Students need to complete and turn in their Ancient Sumer processing questions on googleclassroom if they did not do so in class.
Students will have a quiz on Ancient Sumer on Thursday 1/17. Study guides were handed out in class today but students DO NOT need to complete study guides at home. They will be completed in class on 1/14 & 1/15.

Rise of Sumerian City-states open notes quiz is on Wednesday 12/19. Students have a study guide, note packet, map and vocabulary sheet to study from and use while taking the quiz.
Thursday Dec. 13th
Sections 5 &6 of "The Rise of Sumerian City-States" notespackets are due tomorrow. If students were asked to re-do any of sections 1 to 4 in the packet, it will also be checked tomorrow.
Wednesday Dec. 12th

*Reminders for field trip 11/22: Students should bring $ if they want to buy food and use the arcade games. Phone will not be allowed to be turned on while at the field trip so we recommend students leave them safely in their lockers back at school. Students will receive their T-shirts to wear on the trip in homeroom.

September 26th:
1. Students' Personal Timelines are due on Friday Sept. 28th. Students were given paper copies of the timelines or they can submit their timelines online via googleclassroom. The directions and timeline worksheet are in googleclassroom under "Personal Timelines".
Period 8: If you did not finish your timeline notesheet in class, please complete it before class tomorrow.
September 20th: No homework! Students are finishing up their 5 themes of geography group projects in class. These do not have to be worked on for homework. Students will have more class time to complete them.
September 14th: "About Me Artifacts" worksheet due TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 18th. Students can hand write or complete the assignment via Googleclassroom. Each artifact description should be 2-3 sentences and should be accompanied by a hand drawn or computer generated picture.
September 5th & 6th: Get syllabus signed by parents or guardian by FRIDAY 9/7/18!
