ALLN Athletic Culture:

Warrior Athlete Leadership Team (WALT):

WHAT IS WALT? The Warrior Athlete Leadership Team (WALT) is comprised of student-athletes, student council members, and student section leaders at North. The group meets monthly, leads numerous events at North, and is led by Athletic Director Wes Elifritz.

MISSION STATEMENT: "WALT exists to be an uplifting, positive group of Warriors that will lead by example on AND off the court and provide a bridge between coaches and student-athletes to continually improve our culture at Westerville North." 

VISION STATEMENT: “Culture doesn’t change when a coach tells a player they’re wrong; It changes when players tell other players ‘That’s not how we do things here.’”
