Nurse Karen will do a preliminary review of your condition and medical records to determine eligibility.  You will have a chance to ask your questions and determine if cannabis therapy is the right option for you!

If further documentation is required for certification, Nurse Karen will help guide you to the appropriate resources to obtain your Montana Medical Marijuana Card.

Must be completed prior to certification appointment to assist in keeping your appointment efficient and smooth.

After preliminary chart review to evaluate your qualifying medical condition, Doctor Laura will meet with you to finish the certification process.  Right now during the COVID state of emergency, we can see new patients via telemedicine, making the process even easier.

If you have completed the screening consultation, submitted all necessary medical documentation, and have been seen by Doctor Laura, you will be ready to become a certified medical cannabis patient in Montana!

Each year patients need to be re-certified (similar to seeing your doctor for medication refills) but we make the process simple.

We have your medical records and previous information on file in our electronic health record, so Doctor Laura just needs updates to medications and other medical conditions.
