Originally presented by Peter Saunders at the Ambassadors Theatre, London on November 25, 1952, The Mousetrap is credited as the world’s longest running stage play, having more than 25,000 performances at St Martin’s Theatre on the West End alone. A classic whodunit, Christie puts eight strangers together in Monkswell Manor, a guest house recently started by Giles and Mollie Ralston.
