First Half of The Year: The diggers came in during January 2021 and the dream is starting to become a reality. It was decided to remove the old swimming pool area at the same time and the wetland area will now be bigger and take up both spaces. Things are stating to take shape.

Just over 500 plants were purchased from Atawhai Nurseries to plant out in the Wetland. Last years bird spotting homework fund raiser paid for these plants. They were delivered to school and then laid out ready for planting.
During Puanga each child in the school planted a plant in the wetland area.
