Preview the Project

The purpose of this scientific investigation is to analyze the ways that human activity affects Earth’s systems. Are we using them effectively? Are we wasteful of these resources? Could we improve? You will investigate and decide whether we are using a specific resource efficiently and if not, then what are ways we can improve.

Do:

1. Look at the exemplars of scientific investigation from the links below to give you a guideline as to what we are looking for in our experiment. 👤
2. Make a copy of the Lab Template and save in your Google drive (remember the name of it because you will be using this for the entire studio)👤

Make a copy of the Project Companion below. This document will guide you through what needs to be completed in this Studio. Read the Performance Task Description and review the the Inquiry Question, then complete boxes 3-5. You will fill out the Project Pacing section with your Studio teacher.
