What is the performance task?

You have the option to participate in a mock trail where you can argue your case before the court or you may choose to share your views in writing. You will choose a Supreme Court case from the past and argue if the case was decided correctly or if the Court's decision needs to be reversed.

You will:

• Learn about the Supreme Court

• Pick a court case

• Research the case

• Bring it to the mock trial or craft your paper

• Decide if the case needs to be upheld or overturned
