We are learning about emotional awareness and self regulation. 

This means we will be able to respond to and control our emotions, well, a little bit better.

Hopefully, that also means we won't need to be so hoha when we need to share with our siblings, or when we have lost our phone, or  even when our teacher gives us homework.

Learning about this is important because it will help us make better decisions.
