Below is a list of tasks assigned to the Trip Reduction Coordinator on each campus.
The School Site TC is a local point of contact assigned to represent and assist the TC (Quincy) at their school sites.
The Site TC: Must represent and assist the TC at their respective work site to distribute TRP information, surveys, incentives( gift cards), and other program components when provided.
The Site TC Must:
1. Create a Trip Reduction Bulletin Board on campus (an example of the one at the District can be provided). Most are in the staff lounge. Put current information on the bulletin board provided by the Valley Metro Website www.valleymetro.org
Educate staff about the Trip Reduction Program (speak at a staff meeting, send out a flyer of upcoming TRP events, let new employees know about the program, etc.)
Inform staff that there is a monthly drawing for prizes by sending out a monthly email, this is provided to you by Quincy. Only staff participating in the program qualify for the drawing. Help an employee determine if they qualify.
Have interested staff complete the registration form for the program. The Trip Reduction Coordinator will provide the link to the TRP website: https://sites.google.com/wesdschools.org/trip-reduction/home
Make sure your campus has the plan specified number of “carpool” spaces clearly marked in your parking lot, a parking pass will be provided to those who are an approved carpool participant. ALL CARPOOL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE LOGGED AND CLEARED by Quincy.
6. Assist with the Annual Survey.
