Below is a list of tasks assigned to the Trip Reduction Coordinator on each campus.
1. Trip Reduction Bulletin Board
Create and maintain a TRP bulletin board in a visible area (typically the staff lounge)
Display current information and materials from the Valley Metro website: www.valleymetro.org
Update content regularly
2. Staff Education & Outreach
Promote awareness of the Trip Reduction Program by:
Speaking at a staff meeting
Sharing flyers or email announcements about upcoming TRP events
Informing new employees about program benefits and participation
Answering questions and directing staff to available resources
3. Monthly Prize Drawing
Notify staff of the monthly prize drawing by sending out the monthly email provided by Quincy
nsure only qualifying participants are included
Assist employees in determining eligibility if needed
4. Staff Registration
Encourage interested staff to register for the TRP using the link provided:

Help staff navigate the registration process when necessary
5. Carpool Parking Management
Ensure your campus has the required number of designated “Carpool” parking spaces clearly marked
Provide parking passes to approved carpool participants (if desired by your campus)
Ensure all carpool participants are recorded and cleared by Quincy or the Site TC
6. Annual Survey Support
Assist with administering and collecting the required annual Trip Reduction Survey
Promote timely completion by all staff
