Equipment Ordering and Returns

Equipment is ordered using the same process as braille and large print materials. It is purchased by OTMC using federal quota funds, and is available to all students. APH consumable items are property of the ESD they are ordered from and should not be returned to OTMC. Technology and equipment(video magnifiers, braille displays, embossers, braillers, etc.) are loaned out as available - once a student is done using a piece of equipment it should be returned to OTMC promptly. Packing slips for all items are included on the Forms page.

Equipment Returns(Damaged Items)

When returning damaged equipment the following must be included:

  1. The item in its original box

  2. A damaged equipment packing slip

Additionally, if a damaged piece of equipment needs to be replaced, please contact Stasha Kellogg (stasha.kellogg@wesd.org) to arrange shipment so that you're student isn't without during the return/exchange process.


Equipment Returns(Non-Damaged Items)

When returning non-damaged equipment the following must be included:

  1. The item in its original box

  2. A non-damaged equipment packing slip.
