CLASSY CHASSIS PARADE, MAY 5, 2023:

**Band and drill team members need to meet at Orchard by 4:15 for a prompt departure at 4:30. We will be traveling to Eastmont Community Park at 5:45 p.m. on ball field #3.  We will be dropped off on the corner of 3rd Street and Georgia where where we will walk across the park to the staging area.

The parade will end at Douglas County PUD this year.  With traffic being quite a difficulty, it will be more convenient for us to bus all the students back to Orchard promptly after the parade. Text Mr. Sandberg on Remind if you would like to make arrangements to pick up your child at the end of the parade.

BAND DRESS ATTIRE:

ALL Band members are to wear their blue band polo. Feel free to dress in dark-colored (bluish) shorts and tennis shoes. You are also encouraged to wear a hat and sunglasses, as the first half of the parade is directly into the sun.

**PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANYTHING THAT WILL NEED TO BE CARRIED BY ANOTHER PERSON.

Parents / guardians, please fill out the proper forms (available at the Orchard main office) if you plan on picking your child up at the end of the parade.
