As the top-tier management consultancy at Kearney, I conducted C-level evaluations of potential acquisition targets and new business units for internet, telecom & tech.
Having been deeply involved in the technical implementation of SaaS, AI modeling, and daily scrum meetings, I provide unique insights into the due diligence of tech companies, intellectual property, and technical architecture.
As an analyst, I researched comparables, cash flows, and business models of over 200 businesses for due diligence and valuation reports, many of which were used in court for support of expert testimony.
