Going through these two tournament help me demonstrate my skills as both a team player and an individual. I achieved this by leading my team through everything, bring them up when they were down, supporting them when they did something wrong or right, and showing up when I was needed most. This identified my strengths. My areas of growth were mainly on the court. The benefits of working collaboratively during this tournament showed that we as a TEAM could get through it together through all the ups and downs. The challenges that we faced were mainly the finals and semifinals where it mattered the most on what we did and how we did it.
