Itinerary

As a Retreat Leader at Well of Mercy, you have the opportunity to develop your own itinerary. This itinerary must be submitted to us several weeks prior to your stay. Well of Mercy will link your itinerary to your group. This helps staff to know where you are located on property. Knowing where the groups are located on property not only keep staff from interrupting sessions but also allows us to respond to emergency situations rapidly.

Please remember there are certain stipulations to consider during the planning of your itinerary.

1. If meals are included in your retreat, mealtimes must be 12:00pm for Lunch and 5:30pm for Dinner. The time for meals cannot be shifted as this causes a problem for staff. 

2. If you plan on allowing your group to attend Vespers at 5pm daily in the Chapel, please add this to your itinerary. If you prefer to not have Vespers for your group, please let us know as soon as possible.
