Can I change my Itinerary once it has been submitted?
We prefer you do not change your itinerary after you have submitted it to us, however, we understand that sometimes this cannot be helped. If this occurs, please notify us and send in the changes as soon as you can. Staff must be aware of each group's location on the property to ensure privacy, prevent interruptions, and respond quickly in case of an emergency.
What happens if I have cancellations of retreatants after I have paid for a full group?
Accommodations are paid for by the house. For example: You have rented the SunRise house (accomodation for 6 people) for 2 nights which would be a total of $1,440. You have 2 people cancel. Your total will still be $1,440 for the 2 nights you have requested. We recommend having a waitlist for instances such as these.
If my group retreat is cancelled due to weather, can I get my money back?
Yes. Weather is an unforeseen circumstance that cannot be controlled. In the event of bad weather or if Well of Mercy chooses to close due to forecasted bad weather you will receive a full refund back.
Can the gate be opened if I have a late retreatant?
For the safety of our guests and staff, we do not open the gate after hours. Please stress the importance of punctuality to all of your retreatants.
Do you accommodate all food allergies?
We are able to offer options for Gluten Free and Vegetarian Diets at this time.
Can we bring supplemental food?
Yes. You will have access to a refrigerator to store food and all accommodations have access to a kitchenette if needed.
