We exist to expand access to whole-person primary care, dental, behavioral health, and preventive services for underserved, underinsured, and historically overlooked communities in Fort Worth’s Southside and Historic Southside (76104).
No shareholders. No political candidates getting donations. No secret offshore owners (tragic, I know). Just community health, dignity, and the relentless belief that zip codes shouldn’t decide life expectancy.
