Messages for Youth From YouthTALK CMHAWW:
Storytelling is a fundamental part of being human and this year CMHA Mental Health Week focuses on #MyStory. Stories help build connections and strong communities. Storytelling, in all its forms, supports mental health and reduces stigma.
