Virtual Mental Health Supports
There are free (funded by the Government of Ontario) virtual mental health supports available as well. Virtual supports listed below can help youth who are struggling with anxiety, depression, challenging life circumstances, and more.
Mind Beacon is a therapist guided virtual program for youth 16+. To learn more about Mind Beacon, click here.
WesForYouth provides free virtual e-counselling for youth ages 13-24. To learn more about WesForYouth click here
BounceBack is for youth between the ages 15-18. To learn more about BounceBack click here.
BounceBack also offers support for adults 19+.

If you're looking for information on supportive housing or the Youth Emergency Shelter, you can reach out to Wyndham House.
If you are in a position where you need support with housing don't forget that you can also reach out to your school principal and your high school social worker, they are there to help you and support you.
