CMHA offers a walk-in service on Tuesday's from 11:00am-7:00pm at 485 Silvercreek Parkway North at Woodlawn, Guelph.

Virtual Mental Health Supports


There are free (funded by the Government of Ontario) virtual mental health supports available as well. Virtual supports listed below can help youth who are struggling with anxiety, depression, challenging life circumstances, and more.

BounceBack is for youth between ages 15-18. To learn more about BounceBack click here. BounceBack also offers support for adults 19+.

Mind Beacon is a therapist guided virtual program for youth 16+. To learn more about Mind Beacon, click here.

OneStopTalk is an online support program for youth 17 and under. You can connect and talk to a therapist for free right away and come up with a plan to feel better when you might be struggling.  To learn more about OneStopTalk click here

If you're looking for information on supportive housing or the Youth Emergency Shelter, you can reach out to Wyndham House

If you are in a position where you need support with housing don't forget that you can also reach out to your school principal and your high school social worker, they are there to help you and support you. You're not alone in this, you're apart of our Wellington Catholic Community and we want to be there for you and help support you.
