773I Intensive Robotics H

Gr 10 - 12 | 3.5 Credits | Semester-Long | 6x per Cycle

PREREQUISITE: Introduction to Engineering Technology, Robotics & Department Head Approval 

Intensive Robotics is an advanced level robotics course, offered at the honors level. 773 Robotics & Department Head approval are required prerequisites. In this course, students will utilize the engineering of computers and robotics skills learned in 773 Robotics. Students will apply their science and mathematical skills to design more complex projects that pose a variety of challenges. Intensive Robotics students will also be provided with the opportunity to serve as a mentor in the classroom by offering their expertise to support students who are new to 733 Robotics. Additionally, students in this course may opt to take on leadership roles for the Botball and/or US FIRST Robotics teams if they choose to participate in these extracurricular activities. Students may enroll in the course more than once.
