This is an introductory course that presents major concepts, theories, and methods of psychology. Different views of human behavior will be explored in order to acquire an understanding of personality, motivation, and adjustment. Other areas examined may include human growth and development, learning, memory, intelligence, creativity, emotion, and abnormal behavior. The course format incorporates a variety of materials and methods including projects, tests, presentations, papers, and experiments.
