Business drives the economic pulse of the nation; therefore, this class is relevant to all students who want to understand general economic and business principles and the creative process of brining a new product into a market. This course introduces topics such as entrepreneurship, operations management, finance and investing, business accounting, marketing, ethics, and the changing business environment. It is designed to help students acquire the business acumen necessary to launch and successfully operate an entrepreneurial venture. Current events and case studies are integrated throughout the course.
