"Working On Wellness" is a semester long class that is broken into 3 sections: Introduction to Wellness; Nutrition; and "Get Real" Sexuality Education. Following is the outline for each section.

- Alcoholism and Effects on the Family
- Abuse: Verbal, Physical, and Sexual
NUTRITION (Erin Pero):
- The 5 Food Groups/My Plate
- The 6 Essential Nutrients
- Healthy Meal Planning/Food Prep
- How to Read Food Labels
- Portion Sizes
- Sugary Food and Beverages
- Cooking Demonstrations
GET REAL SEXUALITY EDUCATION * (Drew Bourn):
- Creating Classroom Climate
- Communication and Refusal Skills
- Relationship Skills
- Male Anatomy and Reproduction
- Female Anatomy and Reproduction
- Puberty
- Abstinence: Choosing not to participate in sexual intercourse (vaginal, anal, oral)
