I've been teaching in Weehawken for the last thirteenth years in several roles. I spent my first two years in Weehawken High School as a resource and inclusion teacher. Following that, I spent the next three years in Theodore Roosevelt School as a co-teacher in an inclusive model classroom. In my sixth year, I worked as an Academic Support Team teacher. I, myself, graduated from Weehawken High School and working in this district has provided me with the opportunity of giving back to a community I am proud to call home. I received my BA in English and Elementary/Special Education from William Paterson University. I also have a MS in School Counseling from Capella University and MS in Supervision from William Paterson University. In my thirteenth year now, I will be in my eighth year in the School Counselor role. I am looking forward to teaching and learning from your kids, as well as fostering an environment where students feel comfortable and excited to learn.
