BounceBack 

A free, guided self-help program that’s effective in helping people aged 15 and up who are experiencing mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression, or may be feeling low, stressed, worried, irritable or angry.

Children and Youth Grief Network

Aim to connect individuals and organizations who provide services and resources that benefit children and youth who are grieving a death

Children's Mental Health Ontario

A network of child and youth mental health centres that has 4,000 professionals ready to help children, youth and families with free counselling and treatment. They provide care in person, on the phone and virtually.

 online community that allows individuals to interact with a supportive network of community members when dealing with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues.
