Our goal on the startup success team is to help you navigate Web Summit Vancouver as smoothly as possible.
Depending on your track, your ticket package will include the following
ALPHA package:
Three tickets to Web Summit Vancouver, giving each team member access to every day of the main event and access to our Night Summit events.
An exhibition booth for one of the three days complete with a printed exhibition board.
Opportunity to apply for startup activations, including our world-renowned PITCH competition, Startup Showcase, Mentor Hours and 40 words.
Access to the Web Summit Vancouver mobile app, where you can curate a personalised schedule and build connections before and during the event.
Company branding and a feature on our website and within our networking app.
Access to the dedicated Startup Lounge.
A dedicated Startup Success team to help you with event preparations.
BETA package:

Please note: Web Summit Vancouver's startup team is based in Ireland and Portugal. We aim to respond to any queries as efficiently as possible and within 24 hours, but please consider potential time differences when contacting the team.
Each company will receive news and updates via email from the startup success team to help prepare for the event. You will have met them in the welcome email you received.
The startup success team is your best point of contact, and will send weekly email updates in the weeks leading up to the event.
To receive additional Web Summit Vancouver updates, please make sure to update and complete your ticket details. All email addresses assigned a ticket from your ticket package will be included in email communications from your the startup success team.
