Lost and found will be kept at the Vancouver Convention Center West Info Desk (located on the ground floor in the West Building). Items will be stored for up to 30 days. 

Please note food and beverage containers may disposed within 30 days for heath and safety reasons.

You can download a copy of the invoice for your startup ticket package from the ticket dashboard. Please make sure the lead ticket holder is logging in to the dashboard. If you require an invoice for your screen rental, please contact startupsucccess.vancouver@websummit.com.

You can export any connections made on our Web Summit Vancouver app at any time. 

In the mobile app, head to the My connections tab in the top banner. Hit "Export connections to your email". A CSV file of your confirmed connections will be sent to the email address associated with your ticket. 

Please note: only confirmed connections will be included in the export, pending connections will not be exported.

Our team will share the recordings with you in the coming weeks.
