Your package gives ticket holders access to all three days of Web Summit Vancouver, as well as weekly updates from the startup success team.
It's important to assign your tickets as soon as possible, as you will need your ticket reference to apply for startup activations.
How do I assign my tickets?
Please follow this link to access your tickets.
To log in, enter the email address you used when purchasing your ticket package. You’ll then receive an email with a link to your personal ticket dashboard.
Click the link in your email or insert the OTP code. Your ticket package can be managed under ‘Manage tickets’. Click “Assign tickets” button to assign your tickets. Once a ticket gets assigned, it will be listed in the ‘Manage tickets’ page.

Please note: Once you check in at the Web Summit Vancouver conference, your ticket will lock and you will no longer be able to transfer the ticket.
Please email the startup success team at startupsuccess.vancouver@websummit.com if you wish to make a change after the ticket has locked.
**Applications to startup developer tickets have now closed**
Regardless of your outcome, the startup success team will be in touch with an update on your application on or before Thursday, April 17.
Can I purchase additional tickets for my team?
If you want to purchase additional startup tickets for your company, please email the startup success team at startupsuccess.vancouver@websummit.com. Extra tickets will have the same benefits and access as the tickets in your startup package.
When do I need to assign my tickets?
Please assign your tickets at least five days before the event.
Can I reassign my ticket?
To reassign a ticket, please log in here and click on the “Transfer ticket” button on the ticket that you wish to transfer.
Please note: Once you check in at the event, your ticket will lock and you will no longer be able to transfer the ticket.
Are tickets transferrable during the event?
No. Once a ticket has been assigned and registered at the event, it cannot be reassigned to another team member.
How do I retrieve my tickets for the event?
Please make sure to download the Web Summit Vancouver mobile app before arriving at the venue.
You will be required to present the mobile app at registration, as it contains the QR code of your ticket.
Once registered, you will receive a wristband and your badge, both referred to as your accreditation. You will need these to enter the venue for the duration of the event.
